SSA COmpetitive program tryouts (ALL)

SSA hosts a series of open U8-U12 Academy assessments in mid to late May each year (to establish a player's suitability for acceptance into the Academy pool) and U13-U19 Select player tryouts to assign players to our U13-U19 MLS-Next (Boys), GAL (Girls), NAL (Boys), DPL (Girls), NPL/SAPL (Boys and Girls), EDP (Boys and Girls), and SCCL program (Boys and Girls).

Tryouts for the 2025/26 seasonal year are provisionally scheduled as follows:

U8-U14 Age Groups - Week of May 19th

U15-U19 Age Groups - Week of May 27th

Tryouts pre-registration will open early April

Field and location details will be posted late April

If you missed tryouts, but are interested in playing on an Academy or Select team at SSA, please reach out to the relevant program director using the information under 'About' on the menu bar.

PRE-TRYOUT ID CLINICS

SSA also hosts open ID Clinics for players interested in attending a session where they can meet the program coaches and participate in scrimmage activities. For more information, please click HERE.
