Richard will take charge of our USL U20 Women's Academy team for the third season in a row after previously being Assistant Coach on our USL W side. Hailing from Scotland, Richard has worked at SSA Swarm FC for 8 years and holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Sports Development from University West of Scotland and a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Georgia State University. He is currently working towards the USSF B License.
